Hiya, we are moving into a new place in Pukekohe that has three garage bays. One is a tilt door under the house, and two roller doors in a standalone double-garage. We are interested to find out how much it would cost to add door openers/remotes to each of these (Not sure what the exact name would be, but basically functionality so that we can drive up, click a remote or have some kind of sensor to trigger the door to open).

Dimensions are approx. 5500mm wide x 4000mm high. 2 x are in place but not reliably operating. 1 x door needs removing from another door opening and reinstalling. Garage door working intermittently

When pressing the button (either the wall button or the remote), the motor beeps and stuck. Tried to unload the door from the motor and the motor does seem to be working with the chain moving. But after loading the door the motor stops working soon after. Not sure if it is a motor issue or a mechanic issue. The motor is about 10 years old. I have a video clip but cannot upload to the system.
