Garage Door Opener Repair

My garage door opener chain has broken, and I think that the sprocket on the opener is worn (Photos attached). Keen to have someone come and repair it (possibly a chain link replacement would work), and generally service the unit as the garage door doesn't go up and down smoothly which I think leads to the chain jumping off the sprocket and lead to the break. Note that we are away from around 4pm tomorrow (21st December) until mid-January, so either tomorrow or a big wait (alternatively we could leave a key out).
