Merlin remote controlled door opener unit in need of serive
Job description
Wanted someone with appropriate garage door related skills to service and repair and or replace the rusted closures lugs on the left and right bottom hand side of the door, as showing within the attached pictures. This is a single metal electric “tilting” type older garage door around 1970’s era. The photo’s shows it to be a merlin remote controlled door opener unit which works well. As part of the work, the chain on the inside door needs to be attached and working fully, its presently held on with a piece of string, not ideal. It would also be expected for the most appropriate garage door oils are used to be applied to all moving parts, plus prior for all old oil residue to be removed/ wiped away plus tweaks made where necessary, to ensure it continues to run smoothly.
