Very proactive, responsive, and reasonably priced. However, the work done did not fix the issue, It was then suggested a new motor, so I got an alternative quote, who advised nothing wrong with the motor. Will be engaging with the alternative supplier now.

"I regret that we weren't able to resolve the issue more permanently. Resolving issues with older openers sometimes involves trial and error and when I left the site the client was happy with the work done and the price When I was advised the issue had returned, I gave what I believed was the best advice I could given the issue, the age of the unit, and my previous experience in this area."
