Loose cables of my sectional garage door after center bracket came out

The center bracket (circle red in the photo ) came out yesterday and the cable on each drum is all loose and some wheels also comes out or displaces. I have fixed the bracket but need someone to do the fix of the rest required to make the door working again. Thanks
