The garage door requires attention to fix the following: 1. The winding of the cable (currently looks like there's been an inconsistency in the winding causing the garage door to not fully close by the time the cable has been fully wound -- leaving a finger's width gap) REFER TO PHOTOS 1 & 3) 2. Replacement of a broken door hinge. REFER TO PHOTO 2 3. [Potential job] Replacement of the rubber sealing outside the garage door to ensure when the garage door closes, there are no gaps.
