We require replacement of an existing manual roller door, with an electric model. This is a size single, original 1970s garage door. We require quotes for a new door, installation of the motor and removal of the existing door.

We employed A1 doors to install a door motor. They are the same, price-wise, as their competitors. Workmen were nearly an hour late, didn't ring to let us know. When the job was done we realised they'd helped themselves to our pre-cut balcony railing - about to be used on the balcony - to pack out the wall for the motor. Emailed a complaint and got no response. Rang the company and felt brushed off. There's a lot of competition for garage door installers and these guys aren't worth the hassle.
