The garage door needs some reasonably major maintenance. It's had a few historic fixes and now doesn't fully close. The motor and mechanisms are all fine. It's more structural. Electric gate motor is fine, however, the configuration of the rails isn't fit for purpose, so it gets stuck. Track itself needs a weld.

Excellent all round. Fixed our electric gate, plus a very tricky garage door. Highly recommend.
