Refurbish my piano stool

I have this solid wooden piano stool (see pics) that I would like to refurbish. Its dimensions are 62cm length x 37cm wide x 47cm high. Its very sturdy and currently stained with a gloss finish I think? I would like the top part covered with some sort of cushion & then black leather or vinyl. I would like the rest of it painted white. The last picture gives an idea of what I'm after (minus the Yamaha logo!). Would love to get a quote to see how much this is going to cost, thanks.
