Old chair needs rebirth

Need a custom made cushion for this chair. Bought it from an opshop for $50 with the intention to reupholster but discovered the cushion is infested with some bug that has eaten away a lot of the fabric and cushion. Please provide a quote for a new cushion. I can provide the fabric and a metre square of cushion foam. Just need cost for labour. Many thanks 😊
