Springs in couches need repairiing

The springs in our 2 couches have slipped out of the metal sleeves. There are 12 springs in each couch. They need stretching back into the sleeve and securing so they don't slip out again. We are hoping this may be done either in the next couple of days or in a couple of weeks time. Also wondering if it can be done at our place or do the couches have to be colleected and what is the charge for that
