Armchair repair/upholster

Wooden armchair. The guts was taken out of it ready for upholstering but the chap didn't finish, so we just strung it together and put cushions over it. It gets used everyday, but it'd be great to finally do something with it. The frame seems sturdy, and handles some large folks, but the back comes apart now and again, so it'd be good to secure that properly. It's not a family heirloom or art piece, and our budget isn't the best, but it'd be great to see it finally upholstered.
