Reupholster Couches

We have a lounge suite made up of 2x 3 Seater couches that we want to get reupholstered because we no longer like the red leather. Seats & cushions are attached to the couch. We've had the couch for 4 years' and the leather has torn on two seat cushions (meaning the leather layer is cracked but the material under the leather has not - so these tears are just superficial and do not expose the stuffing underneath). There will possibly need to be some foam added but there isn't much wear and one of the couches we hardly sit on so won't need much. We want to change it to a grey fabric material. Photo is wide lens and makes one couch look way bigger than the other but they are similar size, one is slightly larger (I think). Can measure and take other photos.
