Chair repair or reupholster

My dog has badly scratched the seat cushion of a brand new leather armchair. The chair is leather and none of the cushions are removable. I can provide a photo of the chair and damage via email, if this would help your quote be more accurate. I would like to know if the damage can be repaired or how much it would cost to reupholster the whole chair. The leather is tan and has a natural Matt looking finish.
