Window sill repair

Large front lounge window, interior sill rotting out. Need repaired, unsure exactly what’s involved, probably includes removing large pane of glass. I brought the house 18 months ago and leak has not been obvious until I noticed staining on exterior cladding, then during heavy directional rain a couple weeks ago heard dripping inside and noticed the hole. Previous owners had hidden problem with a paint job. Getting new blinds etc installed in next month so I need this fixed soon. Because I’m unsure how much work is involved I can’t give an accurate expectation of cost. Many thanks :)
