Repairing a leather lazy boy chair

We need a leather maroon lazyboy chair repaired. There is a small tear in the headrest area and wearing on one arm! We are hoping it's possible just to replace these 2 panels rather than redoing the whole chair! We need to keep the cost low for this job.
