Job description

Foundation Underpinning
Whangarei

WAIPU FARM/DECK SUB-FLOOR BASE: require 2 "railway tracks" of 15 ms long spaced 1m apart, running parallel to each other. UPPER: Comprised of 140x40mml bearers : FRONT ROW: 3 + 6 + 6 length REAR ROW: 6 + 6 + 3 length 2 rows, adjoined end-to-end, double-overlapped/bolted thru. These front and rear double-overlapped end-to-end bearers create five 3m "space units" that need to be bolted right thru exactly in the middle, with both upper/lower edges of bearers perfectly level and flush to enable sitting properly & stable once mounted atop/+fastened to the 4x4 piles dug 1.5 deep approx into hill, plus xtra length raised sufficiently high enough off ground to access cabin R/Sliders... So, each front/rear double overlapped rail track END should have one 3m length bearer on the end [therefore no cutting of bearers is required if using lengths if --- etc]... LOWER: I imagine 6 piles per railway track, spaced 3ms apart: --- etc, for each of the 2 rows of piles. Or closer, say 2.4m apart if u think better? 1st 2 photos show a previous build, just to show "the concept"; the other photos are of my Waipu farm where this work needs to be done. Caroline Clark --- R/Sliders also need to go in, once deck in, plus plenty of other jobs for later etc... PLEASE NOTE: the deck base is to go on the rear hill-side, not on the front, where the current ranch sliders are. Rear wall of cabins have no AJ at all, so cannot currently access cabins.... one R/slider needs repair or replacing[xtra job etc].
