Re-Levelling Villa

240m2 villa needs re-levelling before renovations. Was moved to site in the 70s and was re-piled. I think some settling has occurred. A few piles will need to be replaced as will some rim joists as there is a small amount of rot/bora present. Reasonably good space under the house and its dry.
