Onerahi - Cartwright Road - Piles and Braces 2

Hi all, I’m writing about our property on Cartwright Road in Onerahi. The house needs some work, which we were hoping to get a rough estimate and timeframe on, if possible? I’ve got a building report from Award Inspections, which gives some background to the scope of works and has a number of images of the work that needs doing. It’s mostly minor but there are a few majors on there – including the leaning wall, which we’ll basically get to as time/funds allow. In the meantime, I’ll work through what I can, but I need someone qualified and experienced to do the on the braces and piles in the garage. As per the inspection report: 3) We identified 2 x decayed timber piles and 1 decayed timber brace directly behind the in-situ concrete deck. Whilst the pouring of the deck will theoretically brace the structure along this elevation, we recommend removing and replacing the 2 x decayed timber piles and brace. 4) We identified several timber joists, bearers and braces in the sub-floor that appear to have been fitted with imperfections during construction which have progressively twisted/deteriorated over time. We recommend engaging a qualified builder to fit additional timber support where required. What I’m hoping for is to get an idea of costs and rough timeframes for completion to fix the above.
