Foundation Level

We have a floor that is outside MBIE guidelines for leveling in our ~1910s weatherboard house. The piles were recently redone, but the floor sits above a unit with concrete slab which was put in sometime in the 1980s. Measurements of the floor level both upstairs and downstairs show differences in the level. I am seeking an expert to check the slab foundation and overlying structure and offer quotes for any work needed to correct the floor leveling or foundations.
