Small improvement job on foundation
Job description
On the subfloor, the piles have a large steel rod which should be bent down over the bottom plate framing and secured with U nails. The steel rods are still facing up and should be better secured. Having this undertaken should be a straightforward task for a builder. This job must be performed by a qualified builder or the job can be verified by a qualified builder.
