we have plans provided from a structural engineer but in a nutshell, downstairs bathroom is too close to the dirt under the house, and is very damp and cold. we want to get a new bathroom but before we do, we need to resolve the damp issue which means digging away some of the dirt which is up against the wall. House will need bracing as piles are on top of the dirt which needs to go, and once the dirt has been removed new, fill length piles will need to be installed. attached images are current and proposed views. we are happy to assist with labour where required :)
