Initial assessment of piles

We are after an initial assessment of our house's piles. Information in the vendor's builder's report from when we purchased the property suggests some repiling work may be required (original totara piles that should be upgraded; newer piling work that has not been completed to a high standard i.e. concrete piles not deep enough - see photo for inspection comments) . We're interested to know how urgent, and how extensive, any repiling work is. There are also floor level issues, and while that is not an urgent issue for us at this stage, we're keen to understand the likely cost of that work.
