There are some raised areas "humps" in the middle of a few rooms. Which may have been caused by the load bearing area of the rooms settling but the middle of the rooms which don't bear weight haven't settled creating these floor humps. The house has been repiled at some point with pre cast concrete pile which sit below timber bearers. And the subfloor has really good clearance almost enough to stand in so access to most of the house isn't a problem. I fix may be to notch the bearers down that are below the middle of the each room allow the the floor to settle at the level of the walls around it. Keen to get this sorted as soon as possible. Expected cost is just an figure. Not sure of actual cost. More Photos to come
