Foundation Inspection

We've recently moved into a property with a ring foundation and have observed some potential issues - overall doesn't look too bad but there are a few cracks, and it looks like some of the concrete has popped off in places exposing the steel underneath. I've attached some photos from our building report. We'd like to get a professional opinion from a structural engineer. If repairs or repiling is needed, we'd like to get an estimated cost for this.
