Replacement of foundations and straps

Our carport (for 2 cars) is under a residential unit. The foundations supporting the unit are badly degraded. Two of the four concrete foundations are badly cracked and crumbling. A chunk has dropped off one foundation, exposing a rusted strap. Foundations and straps need replacing.
