Replace Flooring (structure) and Basic Piles
Job description
I have bedroom that I have taken the floor boards up and the structure of the flooring (and old wood piles) has rooted - due to the wood being directly on the dirt and water coming in the side of the wall (we are on a hill). I need someone to relay / replace the timber, raise the timber off the ground with basic piles. Also, build up the side of the house (concrete) so water does not come in again.
