Sinking pilings

I have a rental house in Wanganui Central that has piling sinking. The floorboards are also full of bora. I would like the job undertaken in March when I am back in New Zealand. I am not sure of the extent of the problems but they are significant. My cost estimate is low for the job. And I'm prepared for the job to be expensive. I will need to obtain a loan so the quote needs to be comprehensive please. Currently the house is rented out and the tenants are moving out in March.
