1910 villa not level in parts

Kitchen Dinning area where an addition was joined, has a sloping floor, and seems to be worse since we purchased 7 yrs ago, only one side/section effected. In process of getting consent for kitchen/dinning renovations, so would like it looked at at least or done before that work starts. Plans are at council now., The photo shows the new tiles added, and gap - it was level in the middle of the room, this was 7 yrs ago. second photo is the area effect The Addon) this work was to replace the rotten floor and replace the sliding door/insulate/close in skelton ceiling when we moved in.
