Multiple floor joists need sistering due to sagging and cracking which has resulted in uneven floors on first floor. Access is very good (dry basement concrete garage with lots of light). Foundation is concrete perimeter and in good condition. Joists sit on steel i-beam bearers (appear to be level and in good condition). Building is mid-60's. There are approximately fifty 3.7m joists. I'd like to strengthen about 50% of them.
