Repile a 6 x 13 metre floor area. About half of that area is spongy to walk on and causes things in the house to rattle. Existing piles are timber. Number of problem piles is unknown. Easy access. In most areas crawlspace meets minimum. In some areas it's tighter. Required ground clearance for piles is met.
