Firm foundations

Just purchased a family home in Gonville. Settle on the 22nd of June so looking to have it done shortly after that. Builders report said the piles are in good condition but 'some of the bricks to the bottom of the foundation need remedial work'. I have no idea which trade category this falls into, sorry, but have heard you should start with the foundations and work up so are starting with this. We have a number of things we need doing so are likely to have other work if you are available, dependant on the trade. Cheers
