We are in the process of purchasing our home in Wanganui and have just received the builders report back. It indicates that some floors are out between 23mm - 40mm. The house is approx 163 sqm and built in the 1920s. Could you please let me know what the approx cost could be (I understand that its hard to do without seeing the house, but best case/average and worst case scenario) would be much appreciated. Also, would it be best to have this work completed before moving in, and how long would it take?
