Renew underfloor

We want to purchase a house, but would like a quote for re-piling of house to complete purchase agreement. If purchase goes through we would want the job done this summer. Its an old villa on brick piles, with foundations acting as perimeter piling. The foundations are cracked at on place and in this area the floor has dropped about 25 mm. The house has chimneys and a small extension (bathroom) attached on concrete piles. Currently there is no apparent access under the house. The house can be inspected, but would need to arrange an inspection time with the current owner. Looking forward to a reply. With best wishes.
