Piling remedial work - Titirangi

1960's build on poles/piles on a steep slope in Titirangi. It has been added to a couple of times, making the piles different ages. We have a building report that has at least one pile rotting, others that are sub-standard. It appears that there may have been minor movement of some piles. Another under the deck requires replacing. There is some evidence of borer activity. One room seems to be not quite level. I am after a quote for remedial work to the piles. I have an offer in to purchase this property and require the quote ASAP before going unconditional. Thanks.
