Hi there, We’ve had a builders report done, and our builder has advised us that the bracing is not up to modern standards, see below his comment; “The bracing of the piles to the jack studs, and jack studs to bearers are not up to modern standards. We recommend you consider upgrading the subfloor bracing.” He’s said this should be quite a simple fix, Our house is a 1930’s 3 bedroom, in Te Awamutu. Thanks for your help
