Wooden Pile Foundation
Job description
We need to put in wooden pile foundation for a transportable home that we are placing on the property. PS1, Foundation designs are already completed by an engineer and approved by council with consent issued, we just need a LBP to proceed with the building of the foundation. Piles will be 125mm H5 Treated anchor timber piles with 500mm square concrete footing. Will provide engineer design with all info if/when required.

Jonesy was excellent in helping us with this job. Great communication and let me know what was happening every step of the way. He even went the extra mile by arranging the site inspection visits with council and engineer etc for me which was greatly appreciated. He even came out in the evenings to work on the foundation after being at other jobs to ensure we got it done by the house delivery date. Very happy with the job Jonesy did and look forward to working with him again in the future.
