Foundation laying for a new home

I am pricing up building a large container home. i have an architect that can design the home (is experienced at container homes) but the home comes ready to go on to the foundations so I need a builder to do the foundations. I have a rough floor, site plan & geotech report if that helps. The site is in Welcome Bay Tauranga- the overall size of the home will be 173m2 without the garage. There will also be a 61m2 deck that I am guessing will need foundations too. I have no idea of the cost of foundations so need someone that can do me a quote then the work once the site is ready.
