I'm looking at purchasing a house where the builders report says; "Severe decay was evident to at least one timber pile and bearer below the French door area of the dining room. Therefore complete replacement of all decayed sub-floor timbers and any flooring will be required. When removing the decay an area of up to 1 m should be removed past any visual signs of decay where practicable and the remaining timber treated with a paint on timber treatment. " I am wanting a general idea of cost to repair..from best case scenario to worst...
