This is the description of job required: Re-levelling of 45 piles of a 36m house and deck (yes house is 36m2); Jack to appropriate levels from sunken piles, to replace shims with treated wood as packers where needed to make house level. Remove all old galvanised flat plates and Z nails and pile nails Install 4x Z nails per pile and 2x flat plates front and back every second pile Level external deck sagging at left side of house (just the corner of deck). Include all jacks and jacking plates to lift the house and all materials required to finish the job including treated wood and all stainless hardware.
