Reinstate pile footing washed out by leaking downpipe
Job description
One pile has been left hanging as rainwater from failed downpipe washed away footing. Other piles may be affected but not obvious. Need pile footing reinstated and other piles checked and repaired if needed. Preferred done ASAP or at least before winter.

Failed to turn up twice. Over an hour late on the third time. Cost extreme for one days work with no materials. Manky finish which I doubt would stand up in an earthquake. See photos.

As for the finish, the goal for the floors leveling was achieved and the floor refixed, considering the fact....I was unable to enter the house.
