Cottage re-piling

We are looking at a private sale between family of a 1900's built cottage however it has been found through valuation that the house requires some re-piling work. From an outside inspection and from the valuers walk through of the property he has identified the piling as an issue. The main issue here is that there is very little clearance between the floor and the ground. The house is approx 120m2. What we are looking for is quotes for the bank so that this job can be completed. We are aware that maybe we will have to go through the floor instead of jacking up the whole house but we a requiring someone to take a proper look and let us know and provide a free quote. Also any other info you are able to supply about the re-piling e.g. consents, disconnecting of services if required etc would be very helpful as we have no idea about this process. The quote is a matter of urgency, the work itself could probably wait till the new year
