We have purchased land in ohai and plan on moving a container home. It is a 40ft container, with an expanding slide out. Will send the details of the listings etc upon contact. This will need to go on foundations and get consents etc. We will also be putting anoter pod in place which will supply power, water and.water treatment to the container home. This will not need consent, just a hook up to the main dwelling
