Repiling of a 100 year old house in Southland

Hi, I'm looking for advice and indicative pricing for a house repiling. I'm in the due diligance phase of a house purchase. It has been indicated that the house will need repiling sometime in the next 15 years. Are you able to give me some indicative pricing for this. I would like to factor this into the offer price and get it done sooner rather than later. Thanks,
