Lounge - Aluminium bay windows not closing due to potential house shift/flooring issue (urgent maintenance) french doors not closing easily, they can be closed from the outside but there is a gap and needs rubber to stop draft. (urgent maintenance) fireplace - needs silicone to seal wood cover to floor as its got a draft (urgent maintenance) bay window roof leak - visible crack in lounge wall, water leaks down to white by window roof. LBP to investigate exterior flashings, could also be exasperated by flooring issue. (Urgent maintenance) Floor in lounge is distinctly sloping towards the road. consider engineer inspection of pilings. This is most probably the cause of the bay aluminium issue and potentially not helping the french doors. (Urgent maintenance)
