Sherwood Rise

Lift a 50 sq.mtr transportable home from its trailer frame, build pile foundations underneath and lower the building onto the foundation. The home is built from Magroc and weighs approximately 10 tons. Build a second structure, 5mtr x 6mtr with a 5mtr x 4 mtr mezzanine floor. This structure to be on a separate pile foundation, 600mm lower than the main building and separated from the main building by covered accessway 900mm wide. Start date in vicinity of July 2023
