REPILING OF COTTAGE - SELWYN

My cottage needs repiling and probably new floor boards throughout. I think its around 85sq mtres. This is becoming more urgent now and I would like to get this job done separately before the renovation work can start (plus winter is not that far away). I'm looking for a firm that will do this work to professional specs/standards. Unsure of cost for this work so a quote would be very welcome. Thanks v much.
