New Retaining wall

Want to build Retaining wall approx dimensions 18-Approx 20 metres long. Highest point approx 1.8m down to 1.5m over 9.5m in length. 1.8 down to existing wall which is at 1.6m high) 2-3m in length. Finally 1.5m to ground level approx 7m in length. Our property backs on to Auckland Transport & have an email to say we are ok to proceed but have to drill down twice the length of the retaining wall height, so we have to go down at least 3.6m. any further queries please email
