Remedial work on concrete piles in Porirua East

We are buying a place in Porirua East and the builder's report said: Remedial attention required on some of the concrete piles in the subfloor area. The ground has been cut away very close to the piles in these areas, replacement required, a Licensed Building Practitioner is required to carry out this work. We need a quote for the work by the end of this week. Then we'd need the work done after we settle on the house on 20 December. I think we'd have until the end of January to get it done.
