Assessment of the foundations under my house in specific areas for insurance pur

The front of my house has concrete bricks moving about, as well as, under my bedroom window there are issues regarding foundation issues with the flooding in May 2023. The bricks at the front of the house have been moving and sinking away and my insurance Assessor wanted conformation of what is happening in this area, as we as, the corner of the house under my bedroom as there was a lot of flooding in that area of my lawn and now the wall in my bedroom has a crack growing too. I need confirmation of the status of the foundations are in those areas for insurance purposes, as well as, the cost of repairs to get the issues resolved as my house is starting to lean as I also have windows in the bathroom and toilet not closing flush in to the frames. I am home after 4.00pm on week days for inspections. My house was built on swamp land many years ago. Thanks.
